Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer Chickpeas Recipe!

A Sweet, Crunchy, Dairy-Free Snack Thatโs Vegan and Perfectly Budget-Friendly!
If thereโs one thing motherhood has taught me, itโs that snacks never last long in a house full of growing boys.
Being the mom of three active boys is one thing, but throw in a life-threatening dairy allergy like my eldest has, and thatโs a whole new ball game!
It means reading every label, double-checking every ingredient, and sometimesโgetting creative in the kitchen. Because no child should feel singled out with โspecialโ snacks while everyone else eats something different.
So Iโm always on the hunt for treats that the whole family can enjoy together. Something quick, budget-friendly, and 100% safe.
Thatโs where these Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer Chickpeas come in. Theyโre naturally dairy-free, vegan, and made from simple pantry staples. No dairy substitutes, no complicated ingredients, just real food that comes together in minutes.
Theyโre sweet, crunchy, and taste a little like those candied nuts you find at Christmas markets – but made with chickpeas instead! Itโs one of those recipes that make you feel good as a mom because itโs wholesome and affordable while still tasting like dessert.
And best of all? These can be made in the air fryer in under 10 minutes. You can whip them up after school, pack them for a road trip, or keep a jar on the counter for snack attacks.
Theyโre a family favorite around here – and they just might become one in your home. And with a touch of cinnamon sweetness they’re prefect for the Holidays too!
