Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer Chickpeas Recipe!

A Sweet, Crunchy, Dairy-Free Snack Thatโ€™s Vegan and Perfectly Budget-Friendly!

If thereโ€™s one thing motherhood has taught me, itโ€™s that snacks never last long in a house full of growing boys.

Being the mom of three active boys is one thing, but throw in a life-threatening dairy allergy like my eldest has, and thatโ€™s a whole new ball game!

It means reading every label, double-checking every ingredient, and sometimesโ€”getting creative in the kitchen. Because no child should feel singled out with โ€œspecialโ€ snacks while everyone else eats something different.

So Iโ€™m always on the hunt for treats that the whole family can enjoy together. Something quick, budget-friendly, and 100% safe.

Thatโ€™s where these Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer Chickpeas come in. Theyโ€™re naturally dairy-free, vegan, and made from simple pantry staples. No dairy substitutes, no complicated ingredients, just real food that comes together in minutes.

Theyโ€™re sweet, crunchy, and taste a little like those candied nuts you find at Christmas markets – but made with chickpeas instead! Itโ€™s one of those recipes that make you feel good as a mom because itโ€™s wholesome and affordable while still tasting like dessert.

And best of all? These can be made in the air fryer in under 10 minutes. You can whip them up after school, pack them for a road trip, or keep a jar on the counter for snack attacks.

Theyโ€™re a family favorite around here – and they just might become one in your home. And with a touch of cinnamon sweetness they’re prefect for the Holidays too!

And be sure to read on and check out the video of me making this recipe step by step below!
