Once dry, place the chickpeas in your preheated air fryer, and spray them with 1 - 2 tbsp oil, tossing to coat.
Spread the chickpeas in a single layer, giving them space to crisp up. Air fry for 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes throughout, to make sure they cook evenly.
When they're done air fryer place your chickpea into a mixing bowl and add your brown sugar and cinnamon immediately, tossing to coat.Top Tip - You can spray a little oil over the chickpeas again at this stage so they grab hold of the brown sugar and cinnamon a little easier!
