Arrange 12 dairy-free ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of the baking dish.
Blend 8 Oreos into fine crumbs.
Mix one tub of CocoWhip with the crushed Oreos.
Spread over the first layer of ice cream sandwiches.
Add a second layer of ice cream sandwiches.
Spread the remaining CocoWhip evenly over the top.
Crush the remaining Oreos and sprinkle over the CocoWhip.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Slice immediately after removing from the freezer.
