Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Dash salt-free original seasoning blend or similar seasoning blend

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Place the chicken thighs into a large mixing bowl.
    Add the olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoning blend.
    Mix thoroughly until all the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the chicken thighs to a roasting dish or baking tray in a single layer, skin side facing up.
  • Bake for about 35 minutes, or until the chicken is golden, the skin is slightly crisp, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove from the oven and serve hot with your choice of sides.

Notes

  • Bone-in, skin-on chicken gives the best flavor and juiciness
  • The seasoning mix is flexible, adjust to your taste
  • Cooking times may vary slightly depending on size of thighs
 

Storage

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days
