Ingredients
3-4lbbone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2tbspolive oil
1tspsea salt
1tsppaprika
1tspblack pepper
1tsponion powder
1tspgarlic powder
2tspDash salt-free original seasoning blendor similar seasoning blend
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Place the chicken thighs into a large mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoning blend. Mix thoroughly until all the chicken is evenly coated.
Transfer the chicken thighs to a roasting dish or baking tray in a single layer, skin side facing up.
Bake for about 35 minutes, or until the chicken is golden, the skin is slightly crisp, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from the oven and serve hot with your choice of sides.
