Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the crescent roll package.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Open the Hillshire Farm Beef Lit’l Smokies and drain them if there is any liquid—you don’t want them too wet when wrapping.
Open the can of Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls. It comes with 8 triangles. Cut each triangle into 3–4 strips. Since the Lit’l Smokies are small, you only need a little dough for each one.
Wrap each smokie with a strip of crescent dough and place it on the sheet pan.
Leave a little space between each one, as the dough will puff while baking.
Bake according to the crescent roll package directions (temps and times can vary).
Let cool slightly, then serve. My kids love these with ketchup and mustard!
