- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Honey, to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 โ Mix the meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, egg, salt, pepper, chili powder, and ginger until well mixed.
Step 2 โ Shape the meatballs
Use a 1-tablespoon scoop to portion the mixture. Roll into balls with your hands and place on a baking sheet.
